We are a family owned office with Rocky & Ellie, a Father/Daughter Team, our only brokers conducting logical sound Real Estate Transactions in The Dalles and Wasco and Sherman counties in Oregon.  We have no prestigious titles or designations just solid realistic real estate experience working for your best interests.  Taking pride in representing people first, properties second, with individual attention to facilitating your specific real estate needs is our objective.

Since the January 1, 2009 we have been fortunate to close over $4,014,800.00 in property sales.  These sales in The Dalles, Wasco & Sherman Counties include not only residential, but farm and ranch as well as commercial.  We see sales in The Dalles area as steady and look for that to continue in a realistic market atmosphere.

Rocky Webb became a broker in April of 1992 and opened Columbia River Properties in 1993.  He has predominately specialized in farm, ranch and equine properties. Selling real estate conventionally as well as at Auction!

Ellie Webb-Timinsky joined Rocky in the office in June of 2006 and is enjoying working the residential markets as well as the ranch and equine properties.
